He was loved and cherished by many people including: his brother Frank Morgan; his wife Shirley Janette Morgan; his daughters, Deborah Ann Kraft (Harry) of Charlotte Hall, MD and Carol Ann Morgan of Davidsonville, MD; his grandchildren, Tiffany Wilson (Joshua), Michael Burgess (Michele), Robert Kraft (Stephanie) and Morgan Burgess; his great grandchildren, Brayden Wilson, Olivia Wilson and Jace Burgess; and his siblings, George Morgan of Newport, RI, Donald "Buzzy" Morgan of Waldorf, MD and Marjorie Perry of Newport, RI..
