He was predeceased by: his parents, Sam Griffith and Deveda Felton Griffith; his wife Barbara Pearl Griffith; and his siblings, Kristal Straziser and Edward Griffith.
He is survived by: his sister Patricia Straziser of Sheffield, Pennsylvania; his children, Constance Ann Kenney of Lexington Park, Maryland and Robert Carl Griffith, Jr. (Rhomi) of Charlotte Hall, Maryland.; his grandchildren, Samantha Dronenburg (Kurt) of Yokosuka, Zachary Kenney, Mollie Kenney of Groton, Connecticut and Robert Carl Griffith, III of Charlotte Hall; and his great grandchild Brayden Dronenburg.
A private interment will be held due to the circumstances of COVID-19 pandemic.
