We are sad to announce that on October 7, 2021, at the age of 84, Richard Lacey of Charlotte Hall, Maryland, born in Avenue, Maryland passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas McGuire Lacey, Sr. and Margaret Mary Lacey; his wife Judy; and his siblings, Bill Lacey, Tucker Lacey, Mary Lou Smith, Ann Abell, Kathleen Irene Lacey and Rita Wathen.
He is survived by: his former wife Judith Elaine McNeel; his children, Diane Hope Bowling (Calvin "Bucky") of La Plata, MD, Douglas Richard Lacey (Kristina) of New Smyrna Beach, FL and Tricia Heather Lacey (Matt Gordon) of Swan Point, MD.; his grandchildren, Kristin, Kyle, Jessica, Justin and Leah; his great grandchildren, Caroline, Mariella, Cayla, Johnny and Cassidy (Shirley Dean); his sister Alice Mirth (Don); and his siblings-in-law, Kennedy Abell and Joan Lacey. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, and friends.
