He was predeceased by: his grandfather David Roth. He is survived by: his parents, David Eppley and Alice Eppley of Charlotte Hall, MD; his brother Jimmy Eppley of Charlotte Hall, MD; and his grandparents, Robert, Carol Eppley of Parkville, MD and Margaret Roth of Prince Frederick, MD. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
Due to Covid-19 restrictions and for everyone's safety, a Celebration of Matthew's Life will be held at a later date.
