He is survived by: his sons, Kevin Yancey of Warrenton, VA and Gregory Stiggers of Beltsville, MD.; his wife Linda Stiggers Yancey; his sister Yolanda Rious of Gaithersburg, MD; and his grandchildren, Kevin Yancey, Jr., Shannon Bennett and Christian Yancey.
