He was predeceased by: his father Ralph Kelly Thomas Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Ann Christine Thomas; his children, Carl C. Thomas (Gwen) of Fort Worth, Joseph A. Thomas (Julie) of Mechanicsville and Kelly D. Thomas (Shannon) of Bel Air, Maryland; his grandchildren, Brianna Thomas, Michael Thomas, Ciara Thomas, Marcus Thomas, Anthony Thomas, Samantha Thomas, Aliya Thomas, Carter Thomas and Jaxson Thomas; his great grandchildren, Adalina Hernandez, Sebastian Hernandez and Milo Thomas; and his siblings, Ralph K. Thomas (Ruth), Ignatius A. Thomas (Priscilla), Ronald K. Thomas, Joyce L. Thomas, Janice L. Tenant (James) and Jean L. Adams. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
