He was predeceased by: his parents, Roger Stultz and Shirley Stultz of George's County, MD. He is survived by: his children, Nicholas Stultz of LaPlata, MD and Lacey Robbins (Kyle) of Milford Delaware; his sister Sherri Jilek of Hughesville, MD; and his grandsons, Kade and Dax Robbins.
