She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, George David Moore and Judith M. Moore (Warder); her husband Raul Rios; her child Abagail Dawn Rios of Hughesville, MD; her stepdaughter Alicia Rios of Sioux Falls, SD; her brothers, Troy Moore of Hot Springs, NC and James "Jim" Moore of Fort Washington, MD; and her pet Amigo.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Hughesville Baptist Church.
