He was predeceased by: his parents, Myrtle Osborne Marshall and John G. Marshall; and his wife Helen Lee Marshall. He is survived by: his sons, John C. Marshall (Karen) of California, MD and Donald Marshall (Sara) of Williamsburg, VA. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
