Cooper Payne of Charlestown, MD; his sister Lisa DiMaio (Brian) of Newark, DE; his niece Shannon DiMaio of Wappingers Falls, NY; his close friend Dayle Allen of Lothian, MD.; and his sons, P. A., P. O. Box and Perryville, MD.
