He is survived by: his wife Holly Ann Miller; his children, Cooper Miller and Paige Willier (Bo); his siblings, Rick Miller (Tina), Jeff Miller (Leigh) and Jennifer Miller; and his grandchildren, Aaron Michael Lloyd and Boone Emerson Willier.
