She is survived by: her husband Karl W. Miller; her children, Karl W. Miller, Jr. (Blair J. Miller) of Bethesda, Brian F and Meredith A. Chacon of Ocean City; and her brother Frederick A. Frank, Jr. of Oakton. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren.
