He was predeceased by: his parent Jacob Mark. He is survived by: his parent Ethel Jennings; his daughter Patricia O'Neill (Brandon); his grandchildren, Robin and Cressy O'Neill; his brothers, Harold, William and Calvin; and his sisters-in-law, Shirley and Darlene Jennings.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in his memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Shriners Hospital for Children.
