He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Richard Charles Tulowitzky Sr. and Patricia Ann Tulowitzky; his son William S Tulowitzky Jr.; his brother Richard C Tulowitzky Jr.; his son Kenneth Joel Tulowitzky; and his grandparents, William, Marie Tulowitzky, Kenneth and Mary Aughenbaugh.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and on Wednesday, November 20th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Fellows, Helfenbein & Newnam Funeral Home (408 S Liberty St, Centreville, MD 21617). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 20th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
