She is survived by: her wife Donna Lucia-Downs of Taneytown; her former husband Richard Minnick; her grandchildren, Frank Downs (Katherine) and Rachel Ann Downs; and her great grandchildren, Boone Downs and Catherine-Jane Downs. She is also survived by ten nieces and nephews.
