She was predeceased by: her parents, James B. Middleton and Miriam L. Jones Middleton; her husband Paul Crouse; and her siblings, Betty Clevenger, Shirley Sparks, James Middleton and Robert Middleton.

She is survived by: her children, Raymond Gary Crouse (Brenda), Robert J. Crouse and Linda Sue Chalupa (John); and her siblings, George Middleton, Richard Middleton and Blanche DeShields. She is also survived by six grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.
