She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Agnes and John F. Sullivan; her husband Joseph E. Potter "Joe"; and her daughter Noelle M. Potter. She is survived by: her children, Joanna S. Conroy (Michael), Edward J. Potter "Eddie" and Rosemary "Rosie" C. Chesshire (Andrew); her grandchildren, Stella N. Conroy, Joseph "Joey" Chesshire and Dillon Chesshire; and her cousins, Mary A. "Maureen" O'Connor and Sean O'Connor.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Collins Funeral Home (500 University Blvd W, Silver Spring, MD 20901). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the St. John the Evangelist Historic Church (9700 Rosensteel Ave, Silver Spring, MD 20902).
