He was predeceased by: his parents, John Dulin and Pauline Dulin; his sister Barbara (South); and his brother-in-law Ron Degano. He is survived by: his son John Scott Dulin, Sr.; his wife Betty; his daughter-in-law Kristy (Pumphrey); his grandchildren, John Jr., Emma and Gretchen; and his sisters, Ann Degano, Jeanette Darling (Alton), Linda Dicus (Earl) and Sharon Haddaway (Skippy).
