He was predeceased by: his parents, Calvin C. Covington and Doris Covington (McClintock); his sister Mary Lynn Jordan of Ridgely, MD; and his nephew Wayne R. Brown, Jr.. He is survived by: his sisters, Barbara C. Brown of Milford, DE and Karin J. Coward of Easton; his nieces and nephews, Alex C. Brown, Victor Coward, III, Scott Jordan, Paula Larrimore and Yvonne Pickle; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Hollie Larrimore, Cameron Larrimore, Julianna Coward, Brianna Pickle, Brian Brooks and Will Coward.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests for friends to send memorial donations in Johnny's memory to the Holly Center, 926 Snow Hill Road, Salisbury, MD 21804.
