Kohler (Katie); her husband Daniel Kohler (Dan); her daughter-in-law Lindsay Kohler; her granddaughters, Cassidy Kohler (Cassie) and Danielle Kohler; her brother Russell Merriman (Russ); her niece Victoria Merriman; and her nephew Matthew Merriman.
