It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of James Ignatius Menapace (Centreville, Maryland), who passed away on January 27, 2021, at the age of 55, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Lawrence Menapace; his brother John Menapace; and his uncles, John Mullan Jr., James Ignatius Mullan and Edmund Mullan.
He is survived by: his children, Tommy and Christina; his wife Therese Woods; his children, Thomas and Mary Menapace; his mother Eileen Menapace (Therese); his sister Barbara Menapace LaPilusa (John); his uncle Phillip Mullan (Janet); his aunts, Pat Mullan (Charlie) and Nancy Mullan; and his nephews, Jack, Chase and Sam LaPilusa.
Services will be private due to Covid but anyone may attend virtually at 10:00 am on Wednesday February 10, 2021 at the link below.
A fund has been created, linked below, in lieu of flowers to provide an avenue for Jim's family, friends, and colleagues to sustain Jim's legacy and his goal to provide for his children's future educational endeavors.
