He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul L. Taylor and Alice L. Taylor (LeGro). He is survived by: his siblings, Martha T. Patterson (Charles) of Chestertown, MD, Jeffrey Taylor (Deborah) of Pilesgrove, NJ and Keith L. Taylor of Warwick, MD. He is also survived by 7 nieces and nephews and 11 great-nieces and nephews.
Face coverings will be required for all those in attendance not immunized with the COVID-19 vaccine per the Governor of Delaware.
