He was predeceased by: his parents, Milton H. Higgins and Ruth L. Gith Higgins; and his wife Charlotte Patricia Carey. He is survived by: his children, George (New York City) and Ruth (Tim); his granddaughter Jennifer Baker (Garrit); and his great grandchildren, Madison and Rylie Baker.
