It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Grant Byron Northrop (Centreville, Maryland), born in Jefferson, New York, who passed away on January 18, 2021, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his significant other Ann (Dickson); his parents, Harold Northrop and Ruth Northrop; his children, Tracey Leeson (Ted) of Easton, MD, Travis Northrop (Tina) of Mechanicville, NY, Tory Northrop (Sherri) of Mechanicville, NY and Todd Northrop (Carol) of Brier Hill, NY.; his grandchildren, Tara, Tim (Hali), Taylor (Laura), Sam (Michelle), Ben (Cait), Jeff (Rachel), Ethan, Eleni, Kaitlyn (Evan), Halie, Joel (Chelsea), Luke (Gabby), Adam and Cari (Chris); and his brother William. He was also cherished by 11 great-grandchildren.
Due to COVID, services will be held at a later date.
Memorial donations may be made to Talbot Hospice, the Wounded Warrior Project, the Congregational Church of Antwerp, NY or the Presbyterian Church of Easton.
