He is survived by: his parents, Gerald "Guy" Foulkes of Mantua, NJ and Linda Cook Dean of Wilmington, DE.; his wife Lacey Prickett; his sister Robin Perry Jordan (Jimmy); his nieces, Shannon and Casey Jordan; his sisters-in-law, Angie Smith (Brian), Cheryl Schrader (Bradley) and Jessica Sheubrooks (Jason); and his father-in-law Tommy Prickett. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
