He was predeceased by: his parent Milton T. Kaufman. He is survived by: his parent Marie Midgett Kaufman; his daughter Karen Kaufman; his stepchildren, Lisa Rishel, Tammy Smith, Stacy Stanton and Amy Hawkins; and his sister June Clark. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
