He was predeceased by: his parents, Solomon Startt Walbert and Elsie Walbert (Townsend); and his sister Virginia Garner. He is survived by: his wife Margaret Ann (Peggy); his children, Tim Walbert (Natalie), Beth Pinder (Michael), Holly Hamann, Andy Walbert (Diana) and Valerie Bodnar; and his nieces, Meg Garner and Joan Kaiser (John). He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
