It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charlotte Patricia Carey Higgins (Centreville, Maryland), who passed away on July 24, 2019, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, George Franklin Carey and Anna Rauchut Carey. She is survived by: her husband Howard M. "Pat" Higgins; her children, George and Ruth Preston (Tim); her granddaughter Jennifer Baker (Garrit); and her great grandchildren, Madison and Rylie Baker.
