He is survived by: his wife Nicole H. Lembke; his son Arthur F. Lembke, III (Michele) of Frederica, DE; his father Arthur F. Lembke, Sr. of Annapolis, MD; his sister Irene M. Hall (Stephen) of Bowie, MD; his aunt Irene M. Ehscheid of Bowie, MD; his cousin Dorothea S. Thomas; his sons, Alex of Bowie, MD, Ray Ehscheid and Saverio Mancina of New York City, NY; and his nephew Kevin Hall (Emily) of Philadelphia, PA..
