Parks; his daughter Jennifer (Matt Boone); his granddaughter Autumn Boone of Littlestown, PA; his son Drew (Mandy Parks); his grandsons, Brayden and Bryce of Union Bridge, MD.; his siblings, Jane G. Mannel (Robert) of Church Hill, TN and Edward W. Parks of Westminster, MD.; and his brothers-in-law, Melville R. Mitzel, Jr. (Ruthann) of Stevensville, MD and William S. Mitzel (Kim) of Westminster, MD..
