She was predeceased by: her parents, Gladys Brown and John Henry Brown; her siblings, Floyd Brown, James Brown, John Brown, Betty Wilson and Rosa Chase; and her close friend Wendell Bordley.
She is survived by: her daughters, Christina Bordley (Clyde) and Virgina Baynard (Gregory); her sisters, Sarah Stinnett of Baltimore, MD and Verlena Wilson of North Carolina; her friend Eugene Barrett; her grandchildren, Tranell Bordley, Lateebia Wright (Neil), Deron Jacobs (Kassie) and Koshontay Jacobs; her great grandchildren, Jamira (Brianna), Lawrence Jr., Jason, Cameron, Christopher, Mya and Kendrick (Kenny); her niece Trena Johnson; and her close friends, Deleroes Dempsey, Esther Pritchett, Mary Smith, Margaret Thomas and Faye Kennedy. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
