He was predeceased by: his wives, Rosemarie McCloskey (Seydel) and Dolores McCloskey (Krauss); and his father Joseph Carroll McCloskey. He is survived by: his children, Mary Ann McCloskey, Jackie Mittelman, Colleen McCloskey, Patricia McCloskey, Sheila Wheltle (Ray) and Eileen Delaney (Tim); and his sister-in-law Nancy McCloskey.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Mark Chapel (30 Melvin Ave, Catonsville, MD 21228).
