He was predeceased by: his parents, Patrick Sullivan and Mary Ellen Sullivan (Holland); his wife Mary Sullivan (Leonard); and his siblings, Martin, Edwin, James, Gordon, Patrick, Margaret Smit, Regina Andreone, Mary Ellen Sullivan and Mary Kateri Sullivan (Mary Morini).
He is survived by: his foster children, Robert Virts (Debbie), Robin Virts and Gary Markley; his great-niece Micki Kick (Michele); and his caregivers, Emily Harvey, Brenda Ninjoh, Priscilla Aligawesa, Kathern Young and Angel Rodriguez. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
