Richard, Sr.; his wife Jewel; his daughter Michelle Wolff of Midland; his brother Paul Richard of Gardner, Massachusetts.; his son Theodore J. Richard of Houston; his brother James Richard (Peggy); and his stepchildren, Sherry Brown (Bruce) of Linthicum and Joseph McKusky (Judy). He was also cherished by 8 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
