She was predeceased by: her husband Herbert E. Johnson; and her daughter Charlene S. Herpel. She is survived by: her sons, Maynard Gouldin, David E. Johnson, Mark H. Johnson and Michael R. Johnson; her grandchildren, Denise Bird, Lisa Song, Kenny Gouldin, Shelley DeGrange, Tim Stevens, Micah Johnson and Emma Johnson; and her great grandchildren, Brian, Dean, Megan, Brittany, Destiny, Michael, Brayden, Ethan and Ava. She is also survived by 10 siblings and numerous nieces and nephews.
