She was predeceased by: her husband Adam Handschuh; and her siblings, Doris Rhodes, Evelyn Morris, Erma Smith, Elizabeth Burck and Harry Smith.

She is survived by: her nephews, James Burck (Barbara) and Richard Burck (Jackie); her niece Janice Rhodes (Greg); and her sister-in-law Ruth Smith.
