With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard Bracken (Catonsville, Maryland), who passed away on October 17, 2019 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Carolyn Elizabeth Bracken (Lynch); his daughters, Karen Higby (Mark) and Linda Bowman (Philip); and his grandchildren, Ann Higby, Sarah Knight (James), Emily Crews (Tarrence), Michael Bowman, Gregory Bowman (Danielle) and Kristina Bowman.
