She was predeceased by: her parents, James Carroll and Dorothy Carroll; her husband Raymond F. Sullivan; the father of her children Joseph Aloysius Franz; and her sister Dorothy Elizabeth Rickle.
She is survived by: her children, Denise M. Ford and Joseph C. Franz; her grandchildren, Joseph "JC" Carroll Franz, Jr., Cassi Lin Brooks and Victoria Claire Ford; and her great grandchildren, Cooper Wilder Franz, Reese Sienna Franz, Beau William Brooks and Dove Jayce Brooks.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Candle Light Funeral Home (1835 Frederick Rd, Catonsville, MD 21228). A memorial service was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 from 4:30 PM to 5:00 PM at the same location.
