He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Frank Waters, Sr. and Veronica Waters (Nee Volkert); his wife Carol Burch Waters; his children, Sean Michael Waters and Rebecca Jean Daley (Jack); his siblings, Frank Waters, Jr. and Susan Waters Younts (Stephen); and his grandchildren, Rivers Timothy Daley and Fiona Savannah Daley. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews, cousins, brother-in-laws, sister-in-laws and extended family.
The family has requested that donations be made to the Catonsville Youth League, Baseball Program at 27 Main Avenue, Catonsville, Maryland 21228, in honor of Mike Waters.
