He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick J. O'Connell and Mary Jane O'Connell. He is survived by: his wife Suzanne Pratt O'Connell; his children, Shannon Gallagher (Mark Conley) and Matthew O'Connell (Becky); and his grandchildren, Katherine Gallagher and Ryan O'Connell.
