He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Cardinale and Dorothy Cardinale; and his former wife Terry Brown Cardinale. He is survived by: his children, Michael Cardinale (Beth), Nikita Cardinale Muller (Billy) and Thomas Alascia (Maggie); his stepsons, Thomas Alascia (Maggie), Nikita Cardinale Muller (Billy) and Michael Cardinale (Beth); his siblings, Stephen Cardinale (Anna), Anthony Cardinale, John Cardinale, Barbara Fafaul (Michael), Theresa and Liberto; his grandchildren, Thomas Michael Cardinale, Austin Joel Cardinale and Teagan Harper Cardinale; and his former wife Rachel Wersten. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, March 20th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. A memorial service was held on Thursday, March 20th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the Candle Light Funeral Home (1835 Frederick Rd, Catonsville, MD 21228).
