She was predeceased by: her husband Edward H. Blockowicz; and her granddaughter Margot Blockowicz. She is survived by: her children, Joann Santmyer (Garry), Judith McNamara (Peter) and Joel Blockowicz (Veronica); and her grandchildren, Kyle Santmyer (Allissa), James Santmyer, Ryan Santmyer, Lauren McNamara Hollinger (Aaron), William McNamara (Liz), Joel Blockowicz, Jr. and Anna Blockowicz. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
