She was predeceased by: her parents, James W. Keatts and Eleanor Townshend Keatts; her spouse Jesse Smink; and her siblings, Mary Fowler and James W. Keatts.
She is survived by: her daughters, Nancy Daniels, Barbara Ford and Lynn Goucher (Greg); her grandchildren, Ashley Schall (Mike), Stephanie Ford, Katherine Shaw (Ben), Michael Ford, Rachael Goucher and Claire Goucher; her great grandchildren, Savannah Shaw, Gus Schall and Wilson Schall; and her siblings, Elizabeth Keatts and William Keatts. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Viewing will be held on Friday, February 14th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Candle Light Funeral Home (1835 Frederick Rd, Catonsville, MD 21228). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at the Loudon Park Cemetery (3620 Wilkens Ave, Baltimore, MD 21229).
