He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Jan Lowe and Bonnie Walker Lowe; his brother Michael Scott Lowe; his children, Jordan and Brian Lowe; and his nieces and nephews, Scotty and Jansen Lowe.

In lieu of flowers the family has requested that charitable donations be made to the Little Sisters of the Poor.
