He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Mangan and Margaret Mangan; and his siblings, Elizabeth Mangan Stanley (Betty), Mary Mangan Townsend and John Joseph Mangan (Judith Mangan).
He is survived by: his wife Judy; his daughters, Cathy Kromm and Debbie Mills; his granddaughters, Maggie Conaway and Brittany Mills; and his great grandchildren, Chloe Conaway, Joseph Mills, Memphis Conaway and Phoenix Conaway. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
