He was predeceased by: his parents, Coralee Kordusky (Elliott) and John George Kordusky Sr.; and his siblings, Mary Lou Cover and Michael Kordusky. He is survived by: his wife Ann E. Kordusky; his children, Bethany A. Kordusky and Meaghan A. Kordusky; his sisters, Lucille Frey (Donald) and Catherine Piazza (Robert); and his sister-in-law Mary Jo Rodney. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to The Catholic Community of Ascension and St. Augustine.
