It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janice Lorraine Phelps of Catonsville, Maryland, who passed away on November 29, 2023, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her sister Joyce Green-Lins. She is survived by: her husband Eugene Phelps; her children, Glenn Phelps (Cathy), Neil Phelps (Janis), Dale Phelps (Emely) and Christy Whittemore (Mark); and her grandchildren, Katie Lanting, Brian Phelps, Emely Phelps, Erin Reidhead, Timothy Whittemore and Adam Whittemore. She is also survived by her family, namely her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
