James touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Donald Fitzpatrick Sr. and Joan Fitzpatrick; and his sister Kathleen Brigid Davison. He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his sons, Timothy Ryan and James Donald III (Jay); his grandsons, James Donald IV, Michael Anthony and Matthew Joseph; his daughter-in-law Catherine "Katie" Elizabeth Fitzpatrick; and his siblings, John Thomas Fitzpatrick, Mary Ellen Eaves, Christina Rose Gilman and Peter Joseph Fitzpatrick. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, and nephews.
