It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jackie Van Nostrand of Catonsville, Maryland, who passed away on July 5, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, John Kairis and Catherine Matthews; her husband Elbert "Frank" Van Nostrand; her sons, Erik J. Van Nostrand of Ellicott City and Mark J. Van Nostrand (Anne Marie) of Bel Air; her grandchildren, Andrew Van Nostrand, Jennifer Hipp, Laura Miles, Rebecca Van Nostrand and Tracie Kordek; her great grandchildren, Cole Stephen Hipp, Hunter Warren Miles, Apollo Belarmino Van Nostrand and Annabel Cate Hipp; and her brother Michael Kairis.
