She was predeceased by: her parents, John Stapola and Helen Stapola; her husband William Blotzer; her brother Edward Stapola; and her grandson Benjiman Louck.
She is survived by: her children, Lynda Sloper (David), Janis Badder (Elliott), Marcia Blotzer (MaryBeth) and William Blotzer (Patricia); her grandchildren, Michelle Jakab (Michael), David Sloper (Tammie), Todd Sloper (Wendy), Brant Louck (Charlene), Megan Long (Eric), Kimberly Drab (David) and Jason Blotzer (Megan); her great grandchildren, Brandon, Samantha, Tiger, Kara, Katie, Kendall, Jack, Zoie, Briel, Scarlet, Sully, Easton, Sylvia, Rosalyn, Delaney and Brady; and her sister Delores Kascak.
